Wow it has been a while but I’m free from the demon angel called dissertation and just in time to check out my yearly post of Revolution Bars.
This time the Revolution on Parsonage garden THEY have a NEW bottomless brunch with traditional dranks you’d expect for brunch: Processco standard, Mimosa The morning perfect morning juice for the closet alcoholic and Bloody Marys the hangover juice that saved Jesus on his easter bender. These drinks are bottomless for the 2 hours allocated. In my case should have got me a jug of the mimosa cause that stuff went down too quick. But remember to drink responsibly
The food ain’t tradition this side seems like they thought a lot behind the menu. Avocado
Brunch my days I have never looked at food with such envy in a long time. Thic toast which is under smashed avocado with fressh passionfruit and rocket and a honey dressing to cap it all off. When I was there it had been a long week of work so needed the strength of the traditional full English, however, was slightly disappointed with the dry over grilled tomatoes and bacon but toasted fine the mushrooms have damn good flavour and the sausage is big enough that pervert uncles will be making those inappropriate jokes they are known for, so expect it. With said everything else was done perfectly like the newer dishes which I think the eggs benedict my usual dish was all kinds of egg porn and the cause was so well flavoured man. In my opinon its easy to go for the full english but on a brunch try the other dishes they have made cause they will be no food envy you will be safe. And the drinks go better with the other dishes trust me.
Did i love it yeah. Do we need more of these YES.
The brunch is Saturdays and Sundays 12-4 for 2 hours |£25 per person
